Operations Specialist who is passionate about providing the highest
standards of service and will be trained to be well-rounded in all
activities within the Boutique. These individuals will be the
experts on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools
and will work closely with the boutique leaders to impart critical
business knowledge. This role will be crucial to the success of the
operations within the Boutique. They will support all areas of the
Boutique as needed and ultimately impacting the client experience.
What Impact You Can Create at CHANEL: Uphold operational standards
and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience. Be
the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems
and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team. Deliver
exceptional customer service based on CHANEL's service mantra,
including welcoming and greeting all clients, including hosting.
Partner with Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle
count program and annual physical inventory Support the daily
operations including opening and closing of registers, incoming and
outgoing shipments, damages, stock and restock needs. Understand
the inventory management processes. Maintain an organized and
controlled stock storage system and process received stock and
record into system. Communicating inventory and supply needs to
Boutique Director/Assistant Boutique Manager Uphold an omni-channel
mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless
experience from in-store to online and vice versa. Co-ownership of
all brand image, hygiene standards and visual merchandising
requirements. Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing
continuous sales and service support. Build positive team
relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and

Understanding of, and passion for client experience Excellent
communication skills Foreign language skills are preferred but not
required Position Logistics : Minimum 3 years of related experience
Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting,
pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs. A flexible schedule
with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
concurrently Strong organizational and communication skills Detail

skills. Compensation: Base salary, bonus potential and other forms
of variable pay may be offered for this position. The anticipated
base salary range for this position is $23.90 through $29.50. Base
salary is one component of the total compensation for this
position. Other components [may/will] include additional
