Job Summary: As part of our Floral Department, this position
provides customers with outstanding service, communicates product
information, and helps with the maintenance and display of products
within the department.
Specific Job Duties:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the
Maintains high-quality standards in product presentation.
Designs and creates skilled floral arrangements.
Creates floral arrangements, corsages, etc. for weddings and
Executes Floral Department merchandising and displays.
Readily participates in product promotions and focuses.
Provides outstanding customer service and readily communicates
product information to increase sales and best service
Participates in quarterly physical inventories and practices
Prevents internal and external loss.
Demonstrates dependability and flexibility; meets attendance
Performs other duties as assigned by the Floral Manager.
Skills Required / Qualifications:

Minimum one year floral experience preferred.
