Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping/Logistics
Technician to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this
role, you will be responsible for working with a team of
technicians and engineers to organize domestic satellite shipments,
coordinating outbound shipments, and ensuring optimal productivity
and efficiency at Redmond with the requirement to backup the
Kirkland operations as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong
leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, robust
communication skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to
drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and
maintaining high customer satisfaction. LEO is Amazon’s low Earth
orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast,
reliable internet to customers and communities around the world,

performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual
households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies,

connectivity. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export
control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or
national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card
holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted
asylum. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to
understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety
guidelines. Key job responsibilities - Monitor and report on key
performance indicators and service level agreements - Communicate
important information to transportation, Launch, engineering,
planners, procurement, and other related departments to resolve
problems - Accurately label Dangerous Goods for domestic and
international shipments - Maintain quality control and accuracy in
the satellite shipping operations - Oversee and coordinate outbound
processes - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper
equipment usage - Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and
high-priority tasks - Collaborate with cross-competent teams on
process improvements - Ensure proper metrics tracking and
record-keeping - Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain
operational efficiency BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma or
equivalent - Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in
large organizations - Experience communicating clearly and
concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to
12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and
reach - 3 years of supply chain experience, or Bachelor's degree -
3 years of root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem
solving experience - - Experience with shipping Dangerous Goods - -
Standing up to 8 hours a day - - Ability to work flexible shift
assignments, including overtime and weekends as required, in a 24/7
operation environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Lean
Manufacturing - - 2 years experience in an Amazon fulfillment
center - - Experience within the aerospace, automotive,
semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing fields - - Forklift
certified and experience with handling equipment - - Detail
oriented, organized, and demonstrates a high sense of urgency

for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
