Generative AI product. The mission of the Applied AI team is to
enable organizations within Worldwide Amazon.com Stores to
accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across various parts of
our business. As a member of the Applied AI team, you will push the
boundaries of advanced ML and Generative AI techniques to scale the
inputs for hundreds of billions of dollars of annual revenue for

AI. Key job responsibilities You will work closely with technical,
financial, and business stakeholders on delivering strategic
initiatives that result in measurable impact. You will work closely
with scientists and engineers on establishing engineering practices
for the team and the stakeholders with whom you work. You will
raise the high quality bar, deliver solutions that align with our
customers’ business needs. You will think global and at
Amazon-scale when making trade-offs, ensuring the technology we
build evolves in the right long term direction, while quickly and
continuously delivering value to our customers. A day in the life *
Define, execute, and manage solutions to external teams. * Lead
cross-functional teams to understand requirements, make the right
trade-offs to ensure high-quality deliverables on time. * Influence
organizational priorities through data-driven approaches. * Assess
and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise updates
to stakeholders at all levels. * Dive deep to understand complex
problems and break them down into small pieces with
straight-forward solutions. * Mentor individuals in the community
on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers. - 3
years of program or project management experience - 3 years of
defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using
data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables,
VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and
metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working
cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - 3 years of
driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior
leadership experience - 3 years of driving process improvements
experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with
multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization -
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
