Job Description:
The Centralized Learning Solutions (CLS) vision is to unify and

and support business execution at scale. As a Sr. Technical Program
Manager focusing on AI and Agents initiatives, you will be at the
forefront of transforming how we leverage artificial intelligence
to enhance learning experiences and operational capability across
Worldwide Operations. You will bridge technical capabilities with
business needs while driving cultural change and adoption across
both CLS and the larger Central Programs organization. Working
directly with executive level stakeholders and cross-functional
teams across geographies, you will define AI strategy, develop
implementation roadmaps, and drive execution of innovative
solutions that embed AI into the future of Amazon Operations
Learning. This role is pivotal in our organization’s dual AI
mission: - Externally, revolutionizing the learner and operator
experience at global operations sites through AI-powered training
solutions. - Internally, optimizing CLS’s efficiency through
automation, personalization, and content intelligence. Key job
responsibilities - Own AI/ML implementation strategy and roadmap
development with technical and learning science teams. - Translate
business and learner needs into technical prerequisites for
AI-based learning solutions. - Manage the CLS AI Taskforce
initiatives across global learning programs. - Drive cultural
change and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. -
Manage cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams (Learning
Science, Product, Analytics, Content, Continuous Improvement). -
Establish and track success metrics for AI implementations (e.g.,
training efficiency, learner performance outcomes, defect
reduction). - Own stakeholder communications, author PRFAQs and
Business Review documents, and drive change management across
worldwide operations. - Partner with Benchmarking, BI, and Product
teams to identify AI driven optimization opportunities in training
and knowledge delivery. - Build relationships across Central
Programs and Operations stakeholders to prioritize and deliver
high-impact AI/ML initiatives. A day in the life Your day-to-day
activities will include leading AI strategy sessions, coordinating
with technical teams on implementation, analyzing data to identify
optimization opportunities, conducting stakeholder meetings to
drive adoption, and managing the CLS AI Taskforce portfolio. You’ll
work closely with CLS teams including Learning Science SMEs,
Content Developers, Benchmarking, and Product/BI teams, to
integrate AI solutions into scalable learning products and
operational standards. You will also engage regularly with
Executive Leadership within Worldwide Operations, presenting
documents and strategies that shape the future of learning at

experience - 7 years of working directly with engineering teams
experience - 3 years of software development experience - 5 years
of technical program management working directly with software
engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across
cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release
schedules - Experience building and evaluating system-level
technical design - 5 years of project management disciplines
including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and
critical path management experience - Experience managing projects
across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and
coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's
used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
