Job Description:
Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access
through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit
(LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to
unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo
will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable
broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers,
businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating
in places without reliable connectivity. As part of Leo's Inventory
and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a pivotal role
in building and launching global transportation and operational
cost allocation capabilities. You will be responsible for
developing an impactful technical product suite that meets Leo's
global expansion plan. This requires exceptional foresight to
design future-proof integration patterns that can evolve with both
business needs and regulatory requirements while minimizing changes
to business systems. The ideal candidate for this role has strong
business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of
financial and accounting concepts. You will need to thrive and
succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by
ambiguity. You will work with multiple engineering teams across
organizations and partner with our customers across Tax,
Accounting, Finance, Trade and other teams to define product
vision, roadmap, detail product requirements and testing plan. You
will drive difficult trade-off decisions and communicate the
solutions clearly to stakeholders across tech and business
organizations to help them understand decisions and options. You
will need to dive deep with the development team and challenge the
design as needed to drive technical trade-off decisions. High
judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional
communications, the ability to partner with technical and
non-technical stakeholders and leadership are essential to success
in this role. Key job responsibilities - Define and align product
vision with business goals, and develop the product roadmap to
achieve the product vision and business results. - Collaborate with
global Finance, Accounting and Tax partners and product managers to
identify detail product requirements and work closely with
engineering to manage feature release schedules, risks, and
trade-offs. - Influence techs design in partnership with
engineering teams in Leo and in Amazon to make sure technology
choices are aligned to our needs, and ensure product re-usability
and avoid redundancies. - Develop testing and communicate plans for
feature releases. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable

day involves collaborating with Engineering teams to prioritize
critical work, ensuring alignment with launch deadlines. You'll
engage with customers and regional leaders across continents to
define requirements, balancing global fulfillment needs with
regional nuances. Coordinating with external technical teams is
key, as you develop and execute a comprehensive plan to meet
technical deliverables on time. Your role is a blend of technical
oversight and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that each
aspect of the global fulfillment strategy is ready for launch and

Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and
definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a
product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around
technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience
managing technical products or online services - Experience in
representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and
stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in using analytical tools,
such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and

several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position
ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to
$235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a
number of factors including market location and may vary depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total
