innovation. The successful candidate must be located in and able to
commute to our Seattle office for required hybrid work. Current
residence in the Greater Seattle area is a prerequisite for
application. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and
forward-thinking Senior .NET Developer / Architect to lead this
transformation. This is a hands-on role for a proven technical
leader who can balance active development with high-level
architectural direction. You will play a pivotal role in defining
the Company’s Applications modernization strategy, guiding the
migration to .NET Core and C#, and establishing scalable, secure,
and resilient platforms for the future. Key Responsibilities Lead
the modernization of legacy systems by migrating applications to
.NET Core and C#. Architect and develop next-generation web and
application platforms that support business growth and long-term
maintainability. Design and implement RESTful APIs, establishing
standards and practices that support modular and scalable
architectures. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to
development staff, ensuring high-quality code and best practices
are consistently applied. Collaborate with IT and business
stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with organizational
objectives. Evaluate and recommend emerging tools, frameworks, and
design approaches to support scalability, performance, and
resilience. Ensure that all solutions meet security, compliance,
and performance standards. Qualifications The successful candidate
must be located in and able to commute to our Seattle office for
required hybrid work. Current residence in the Greater Seattle area
is a prerequisite for application. 7 years of hands-on experience
with C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. Demonstrated success
migrating legacy applications to modern Microsoft platforms.
Proficiency with SQL Server and the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
5 years of strong experience in designing and delivering RESTful
APIs. Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as layered
architectures and microservices. Hands-on experience with version
control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
practices. Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on
coding responsibilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud
platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and
Kubernetes. Understanding of DevOps methodologies and modern
deployment pipelines. Experience with using AI tools to assist with
development, code generation, debugging, and documentation tasks.
