Are you a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician looking to make an impact in a practice where teamwork, respect, and patient care come first? Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Lead LVT to join our dedicated team in a collaborative and balanced work environment. As a key member of our medical team, you'll be fully utilized in your role as a technician. Your responsibilities will include: Surgical support - preparing patients, monitoring anesthesia, and assisting during procedures. Dentistry - performing dental cleanings, charting, radiographs, and assisting with oral care. Client education - communicating with pet owners about preventive care, home care, and treatment plans. Patient care - ensuring every pet receives exceptional, compassionate attention before, during, and after their visit. Training- Lead ongoing training for team members, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and best practices Mentorship- Provide confident, visible leadership to support efficient daily hospital flow and timely patient care This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. No weekends!
