Job Description:
Are you a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary
Technician looking to make an impact in a practice where teamwork,
respect, and patient care come first? Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary
Hospital is seeking a Lead LVT to join our dedicated team in a
collaborative and balanced work environment. As a key member of our
medical team, you'll be fully utilized in your role as a
technician. Your responsibilities will include: Surgical support -
preparing patients, monitoring anesthesia, and assisting during
procedures. Dentistry - performing dental cleanings, charting,
radiographs, and assisting with oral care. Client education -
communicating with pet owners about preventive care, home care, and
treatment plans. Patient care - ensuring every pet receives
exceptional, compassionate attention before, during, and after
their visit. Training- Lead ongoing training for team members,
ensuring adherence to medical protocols and best practices
Mentorship- Provide confident, visible leadership to support
efficient daily hospital flow and timely patient care This is a
full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed
Monday-Friday. No weekends! Full-time benefits and compensation:
Compensation: $34-37 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus package
: $2000 CE allowance : up to $1,000 annually based on tenure Health

discount Uniform allowance Minimum qualifications and skill set: 5
years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Current
Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington
Proficiency in the following skills: Training and mentorship
Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring Advanced client
