Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in
Lakewood, WA, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th
grade. This onsite contract position offers a caseload of
approximately 45-50 students, providing comprehensive speech and
language services within a school setting. Location: Lakewood, WA
Contract Duration: ASAP through June 12, 2026 Schedule: Full-time,
37.5 hours per week Caseload: K-12, 45-50 students Work Setting:
Onsite only (no virtual work) Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of
Washington or willingness to obtain one Certification of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred Prior experience in a school setting as
an SLP is highly desirable Completion of fingerprinting through the
Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or
willingness to complete the process Ability to manage a full
caseload with professionalism and care Responsibilities: Provide
direct speech and language interventions tailored to students
individual learning needs Collaborate with educators, families, and
other professionals to support students communication development
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in
accordance with school policies Participate in developing
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines related
to school-based SLP services This role offers the chance to make a

licensing and fingerprinting requirements and are ready to work
onsite are encouraged to apply promptly. Compensation for this
position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also
