Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician
Assistant (PA) to join a busy Urgent Care Clinic. This role
provides patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting,
evaluating and treating a broad range of acute conditions.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for Primary Care
patients in an ambulatory environment, including evaluations, care
plans, medication prescription, and patient education. Work in
primary care and/or outpatient settings as a float provider,
covering for unavailable providers. Provide general in-basket
coverage and urgent message coverage for absent providers.
Identify, evaluate, and address disease prevention and health
promotion issues of the population. Requirements Master's degree in
Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing Practice OR Master's degree in
Physician Assistant studies or Doctorate in Physician Assistant
studies. Active and unrestricted Washington State License as
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner AND Active and unrestricted
Washington State License as Registered Nurse OR Active and
unrestricted Washington State License as a Physician Assistant.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Ability to
diagnose, develop treatment plans, and treat patients across a
broad spectrum of medical diagnoses, applying knowledge of
pharmacotherapy. Ability to cultivate effective partnerships and
work in collaboration with providers, other health care
professionals, managers, and patients. Location: Elma, WA | Salary:
$125,000–$150,000 (DOE)
