Counselor (LMHC) to join our employee wellness team. In this role,
you will apply your expertise in counseling to enhance the mental
and emotional well-being of our employees, utilizing cutting-edge
technology to deliver high-quality mental health services. This
position is instrumental in fostering a healthy work environment
and maintaining our commitment to employee wellness. Provide
individual and group counseling sessions to employees using
evidence-based therapy techniques. Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to develop effective strategies for employee
wellness. Assess and diagnose mental health conditions; create and
implement personalized treatment plans. Utilize technology
platforms for remote counseling sessions and maintaining digital
health records. Participate in continuous education to stay updated
on best practices in mental health. Conduct workshops and seminars
to promote mental health awareness and education within the
company. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as CBT,
DBT, psychoanalysis, or others relevant to employee needs Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive
information confidentially Experience with digital tools and
platforms for health management Valid Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC) license Additional certifications in specific
therapeutic techniques preferred
