Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Auburn, WA Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or surgery. Your work directly supports recovery timelines and functional independence. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Design treatment programs based on diagnosis and goals Provide manual therapy and movement-based interventions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Communicate progress with referring providers Support patients through safe return-to-activity plans Requirements DPT from an accredited program Current Washington PT license Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Ability to manage a consistent daily caseload Benefits 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Step into a role where your clinical skills shape real recovery outcomes.
