Position Summary The Operations & Business Development Manager plays a vital dual role in supporting our internal care operations while also expanding our reach through referral partnerships and community engagement. This individual ensures compliance, manages staff workflows, and leads outreach efforts all while being a fully licensed and compliant CNA, enabling direct client care when necessary. Note: To meet internal policy and compliance standards, candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire) an active CNA license in Washington State. Key Responsibilities Operations & Compliance Oversee caregiver scheduling, documentation, and credentialing using WellSky. Ensure service delivery meets agency standards and state regulations. Perform occasional client visits or emergency care coverage as a certified caregiver. Maintain documentation and monitor KPIs for service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. Team Support & Coordination Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring caregivers and staff. Collaborate with HR and the VP of Operations on staffing and compliance planning. Promote a supportive, multicultural, and high-performing team culture. Business Development & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Represent Bzoe at events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and expanding client acquisition efforts. Gather market feedback and help adjust services based on local needs. Administrative & Reporting Collaborate with the finance team on timesheets, billing, and payroll reporting. Track metrics for operational efficiency and outreach performance. Ensure accurate recordkeeping in both care management and CRM platforms. Qualifications 35 years experience in home care operations, healthcare coordination, or team management. 2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or partnership development (preferably in healthcare). Active CNA license in WA State, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire (mandatory). Proficiency in WellSky (or similar scheduling software), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Passion for supporting vulnerable communities through personalized care.
