Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Management City/State: Olympia, Washington Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 0700-1730 Contract Length: 89 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in Case Management is responsible for managing inpatient adults, including those in the ICU, PCU, and MedSurg. The role involves post-discharge planning and use of EPIC for electronic medical records. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients. Provide resources for post-discharge and community support. Requirements: 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required. 4 years of overall nursing experience required. ADN or BSN (or above) accepted. EPIC experience required.
