Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Tacoma, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,660 to $2,854 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER City/State: Tacoma, Washington Shift: 12H Nights, 4x12 Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 12.00-4 Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides care to a diverse range of patients including neonates, geriatrics, and pediatric cases. You will be responsible for direct patient care, including managing ventilated patients and medication administration, in a small acute care setting. Responsibilities: Provide care to intubated patients and manage ventilator and BiPAP equipment. Administer medications and manage chest tubes, central lines, and IVs. Serve as charge nurse and collaborate with the ED team. Utilize EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis for patient care documentation and medication management. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ER experience at any trauma level. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Advanced NRP, NIHSS, TNCC. Strong emergency department skills and customer service ability.
