Manager Nursing - Cardiac Telemetry at Providence Health and
Services summary: The Manager Nursing - Cardiac Telemetry leads and
manages a patient care unit (Progressive Care/Telemetry) delivering
clinical and operational oversight in alignment with the
organization’s mission and values. Requires BSN, WA RN license,
BLS, and at least 3 years clinical experience; preferred MSN and
first-line management experience. Full-time, on-site leadership
role responsible for staffing, patient care quality, and unit
performance within a large not-for-profit health system.
Description The manager is accountable for the overall management
and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within
Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and
operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish

Bachelor's Degree - BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider
BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years of recent
experience in related clinical area of nursing. Must meet criteria
of Registered Nurse. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in
Nursing or related field. 1 year of First line management

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
