Position in Reproductive Mental Health This part-time psychiatrist
position is centered on reproductive mental health within a
perinatal psychiatry program. The role involves assessing, managing
medications, and delivering behavioral health services to women
throughout their pregnancy journey—before, during, and after
childbirth. You will work closely with a diverse team that includes
OB-GYNs, therapists, and social workers within a prominent
integrated health system located in Seattle. The compensation
package features a base salary along with performance incentives
and benefits, welcoming both seasoned professionals and recent
graduates to apply. We are looking for a psychiatrist with a strong
background in reproductive mental health to join our established
perinatal psychiatry program. This specialized program offers a
range of behavioral health services tailored for women in the pre-
and postpartum phases. Services include integration of OB
behavioral health, psychiatric evaluations, medication management,
and a Partial Hospitalization Program through our Center for
Perinatal Bonding and Support. Part-time role, equivalent to 0.5
FTE Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to
apply Responsibilities include pre-conception counseling,
psychoeducation, and treatment for women during pregnancy and up to
one year postpartum Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of
psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and OB-GYNs Annual
compensation ranges from $311,714 to $397,484 Compensation may
include productivity bonuses, quality/service incentives, call pay,
and additional shift incentives, along with CME and other benefits
