with divisions in Tacoma and Seattle, is the largest and most
comprehensive VA facility in the Pacific Northwest. It serves as a
major referral center for veterans from Alaska, Washington, Idaho,
and Oregon. Veterans are referred to our nationally recognized
centers for spinal cord injury, marrow transplant, deployment
health, radiation therapy, rehabilitation, prosthetics, mental
health research, and more. Additional outpatient clinics provide
primary, specialty, and mental health care across both divisions.
Furthermore, we manage several Community Based Outpatient Clinics
in western Washington to enhance access to primary care for
veterans, with plans for an additional clinic in the South Sound
area. Our Mobile Medical Unit also visits rural communities
monthly. Affiliated with a major university and over 50 nursing,
dentistry, pharmacy, social work, and psychology schools, we train
more than 1,590 allied health care professionals annually in
various fields. Our healthcare system receives over $33 million in
funding, which supports our competitive edge in world-class
research across multiple health areas. We are also a polytrauma
network site, providing lifelong rehabilitation and care
coordination for veterans injured in combat. Benefits and Features
The anticipated salary range for a qualified Board-Certified
Dermatologist will be between $300,000.00 and $400,000.00,
accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support
a high-quality professional practice and a favorable work-life
balance. Our organization provides a robust benefits package,
allowing more focus on medical practice rather than administrative
tasks. Benefits include: 26 days of paid annual leave, 13 days of
