Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Issaquah, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,344 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Current WA license or Compact license Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP Must-Have: - Prior experience in Labor and Delivery - Ability to manage high-risk deliveries - Experience with patient diagnoses related to labor and preterm labor - Proficient in administration of medications and blood products - Experience with various OB-GYN procedures Description: Candidates who have been separated from previous employment for at least 3 months are eligible. The facility honors active compact licenses. First-time travelers are not accepted. The unit consists of 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms. The nurse will circulate, assist in OB-GYN, post-operative, and pre-operative care. They will be involved in low-risk antepartum and labor and delivery. Special procedures include administration of blood products, cardioversion, and managing epidural pumps. The staff will attend all deliveries, including high-risk cases. Specialized equipment used includes PCA pumps and wound vacuums. The nurse will engage in couplet care and manage transitions to the nursery. Staffing ratios are typically 1:1 to 1:3. Floating to postpartum or NICU may be required based on skill set. Supervisory references covering the last year of employment within the last three years are needed. Candidates must be prepared for potential compliance checks and onboarding requirements. Reliable transportation is essential for timely attendance.
