Job Description:
Job Description Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital,
in Leavenworth, Washington (WA) seeks a Family Medicine (FM) or
Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join their stable and tenured
team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners. • Outpatient
only with no call requirements • Max expectation of 18 patients per
day • 4-day work week • 0% Full-time RN turnover in 2024 • Options
to pick up ED shifts, perform scopes, or incorporate specific
interests in pain management or other interests • Medical Director
Opportunity Available • Optional opportunity to utilize Spanish,
Russian, and/or Ukrainian language skills Compensation: • Set
annual base salary of $286,124 with incentive and quality based
bonuses • Sign-on bonus of $25,000 • Relocation assistance up to
$15,000 • First year package of $340,124 • Negotiable incentives
based on skills and experience • Federal and state student loan
