- Therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB, etc)

--- Other Info: Pod style layout; will work in close proximity to
others
--- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
--- Active WA License or IMLC
--- BC/BE
--- BLS
--- DEA
