ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district near Bremerton, WA, in search of a dedicated Occupational Therapistto join their team for the upcoming school year!Key Responsibilities:Evaluate Student Needs: Assess students' motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and other areas affecting their ability to learn and participate in school activities.Create Individualized Plans: Develop personalized intervention plans, often as part of a students Individualized Education Program (IEP), to address specific challenges and goals.Therapeutic Interventions: Use exercises, activities, and strategies to improve fine motor skills (like handwriting), visual-motor coordination, self-care tasks, and more.Classroom Modifications: Recommend changes to the classroom environment, tools, or routines to better support students' needs such as adaptive seating, sensory breaks, or specialized learning materials.Requirements:Education: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.Licensure: Active Washington Occupational Therapy license.Salary & Benefits:Hourly Rate: $45$55, with direct deposit on a weekly basis.Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans available for you and your family.If youre a passionate Occupational Therapistready to make a difference, wed love to hear from you.
