*Must have 2 years of experience as RN PCU*

*Must be willing to float.*

*Must have BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS*

*Must have active WA or Compact License.*

*Summary*

As a Travel RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team. Your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization will be vital in managing patients with complex needs. With required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, you will ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide critical care. Your premium skills in Epic and Cerner will enhance your ability to document and manage patient information effectively. *Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) by conducting thorough patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and tube feeding.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Support patients and families through education and health coaching, while demonstrating strong knowledge of physiology and critical care practices.
