deployment, performance, and retention of Amazon Fulfillment’s
Associate labor pool to manage the largest variable cost for
fulfillment execution by innovating the labor pool lifecycle which
includes labor planning, schedule and staffing management, and
learning and development. Our products and services are used in
varying degrees in over 2,000 sites and support dozens of site

Our strategy to achieve this vision includes simplifying
decision-making for operators by bridging expected and actual
outputs of our execution systems to eliminate the need for
homegrown tools. Where applicable, we automate for zero-touch
decisions to reduce the reliance on human intervention,
institutional knowledge, and bias by building foundational products
that are sources of truth and automate workflows and processes. For
Associates, we establish tighter cohesion between learning and

criteria, define mechanisms and metrics to track performance,
ensure product quality, and may be responsible for evangelism and
marketing activities. Key job responsibilities •You work

lifecycle (from concept to delivery). •You understand the
architecture of the systems and technologies behind your product
(e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design
limitations, and maintenance requirements). •You are able to

data-driven contributions. You successfully make a case for
resource allocation to achieve a desired customer or business
outcome. •You communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in
writing, to all types of audiences. You are able to write
narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documentation. •You foster
a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the
resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). You partner
successfully with technical and non-technical customers,
stakeholders, compliance, and engineering teams. •Your product
management practices set a great example to others. You routinely
and efficiently deliver the right things. You are a simplifier. You
