Procurement Agent Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent Manager (Level K) to join the Secondary Structures Contracts team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Lead and motivate Procurement Agents in contracting, agreement drafting and negotiation Train and develop Procurement Agents to increase supplier contracting knowledge base within the Secondary Structures Procurement Organization Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Consults on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): · 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing 5 years of experience with supplier contracting including agreement drafting and negotiation 1 years of experience in a formal managerial role including people management, performance evaluation, training and development Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally Demonstrated experience with developing and presenting executive briefings and driving strategy definition cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 3 years of experience in a formal leadership role Experience with Procurement Finance and building cross functional partnership with Procurement Financial Analysts Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
