Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pay: $40–$45/hr (hourly,
not flat rate) Pay Schedule: Weekly Position Summary Promotive is
hiring a skilled A-Level Automotive Technician for a
well-established shop in Renton , WA . This full-time role offers
$40–$45/hr , weekly pay, 100% employer-paid medical insurance , and
a supportive team culture with the owner on-site daily. If you're
confident in full diagnostic work — especially electrical — and

next move. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and
repairs across all makes and models Specialize in diagnostics,
troubleshooting, and repairs Complete general repairs including
electrical, suspension, brakes, and drivability issues Communicate
clearly with the service advisor to ensure efficient workflow
Follow shop procedures to maintain a clean and professional work
environment Utilize OEM or equivalent diagnostic tools to ensure
accurate and efficient service Maintain high standards of
workmanship and attention to detail Qualifications 10 years of
professional experience as an automotive technician Strong
diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including electrical systems
ASE certifications preferred Experience with both domestic and
foreign vehicles Must have own tools (tool relocation assistance
