Job Description Job Description HVAC Lead Service Technician/Installation Technician/Apprentice – Renton/Newcastle/Bellevue, WA We’re not here to play small—we’re building one of the fastest-growing HVAC companies in the U.S. and looking for ambitious Service Techs to grow with us. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless mini splits) Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication Requirements 2 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician EPA Universal Certification (Required) Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record Great communication and sales skills (commissions available) Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Perks Full-time $24-$65/HR PTO Paid Holidays Sick Days Company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet, uniform Career advancement to management roles
