Quality Engineer to join our team. This position analyzes
manufacturing planning to determine compliance with
customer-required specifications and evaluates outside suppliers to

Events Abilities - Are you a good fit: Bachelor's degree in
Engineer and four years of Quality Engineering experience with the
aerospace industry Strong computer skills required. Must have a
thorough knowledge of manufacturing processing, standard auditing
procedures, and statistical process control. Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedures. Ability to use and interpret
aerospace drawings and specifications. Ability to write routine
reports and business correspondence and communicate effectively
with customers or employees of the organization. Ability to work
with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. The ability to sit or stand for at least 8 hours a
day. The ability to occasionally required to walk; and stoop,
crouch, or crawl. The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to
10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

to perform essential functions. Job Duties and Responsibilities -
What will you do daily: Conducts audits of manufacturing processes
to ensure that all quality standards are fully documented.
Researches and verifies products returned from the customer.
Responsible for ensuring that all rework methods and criteria meet
customer requirements and specifications and have been documented
correctly. Acts as a liaison between Quality, Production, and
Manufacturing Engineering to determine appropriate corrective
action for internal and external nonconforming products. Evaluates
corrective actions and trend analysis data in order to coordinate
and implement appropriate preventive action. Acts as a liaison with
customer engineering and representatives as necessary. Develops
reports used for the analysis of required corrective action for
circumstances where defect rates are excessive. Ensures all
manufacturing planning is completed in accordance with established
procedures. Approves outside suppliers of raw materials based on
established criteria. Prepares Quality Assurance operation
instructions, procedures, policies, guidelines, and manuals. Audits
internal systems to determine the effectiveness of corrective
action measures. Implements calibration activities to obtain
minimum variances. Meets established standards for productivity and
quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact
expected level of performance. Responsible for supporting and
ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management
Systems. Must contribute to a positive work environment. Performs
any task required to support customer requirements and company
