Job Description Job Description Position Description: Our awesome team is looking for our newest team member to join us onsite at our Bellevue location for a fun and exciting year-round role.This position starts as a Game Master but includes the opportunity to grow into a Manager on Duty (Shift Lead) for team members who demonstrate reliability, leadership, and strong customer service skills. Time Frame: Year-round employment Availability: 15 hours per week. Weekends and evenings are a must Location: Downtown Bellevue location, occasional Portable Games in King County and Seattle area Level of Experience: Familiarity with customer service preferred Transportation: Must have reliable source of transportation including late nights and weekends If you are a people person who thrives on delivering great customer experiences, communicates clearly, and brings a positive attitude, wed love to meet you! Our location is in Downtown Bellevue, just blocks away from Lincoln Square, Bellevue Square, and the Bellevue Transit Center.Responsibilities as a Game Master:Welcome and introduce players with enthusiasmMaintain a professional presenceBrief teams on game rules and story before each sessionMonitor and guide players through their game for a fun and successful experienceDebrief teams and take post-game photosReset rooms and games according to checklistsAssist with portable game events in the King County and Seattle areaHelp maintain and repair games as neededKeep the facility clean and guest-readyTest new games & puzzlesSupport marketing & outreach as neededAdditional Responsibilities as Manager on Duty (after training):Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth daily flowAct as the point of contact for staff and guests during your shiftProvide support and guidance to other Game MastersHandle escalated customer service issuesSecure the facility at open and closeEnsure safety, quality, and company standards are upheldRequired Rock Star Skills: Customer Focused Reliable and prompt Leadership skills Self-motivated Organized Patient in helping others Clear and consistent communication skills Positive team oriented attitude Benefits: Flexible work schedule Friends and family discount Employee area including coffee/tea/hot chocolate/water & snacks provided during work hours Referral program Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Supplemental pay types: TipsCommission bonus: 10% of extended experience sales Ability to commute/relocate: Bellevue, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In-person $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
