Construction, the role of the Project Engineer is to provide
critical support to both the Project Manager and Superintendent on
complex commercial construction projects in the critical
environments market sector. Project Engineers are involved in all
phases of the project, from estimation through project closeout.
The Project Engineer must be able to work closely with others in a
team environment. The individual must be professional and
self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills,
dependable, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong
organizational and problem-solving skills. This position requires
travel in the greater Seattle area, depending on the project’s
needs. The full salary range for this position is $80,000 –
$110,000, depending on direct professional experience and
qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 3%-10% of annual
base earnings. BENEFITS JTM Construction, Inc. offers a competitive

from 3% 10% of base earnings. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Quantity
Take-Offs and Provide Estimate Support Manage Project Submittal and
Material delivery Schedules Review Shop Drawings and Material
Submittals in correlation to the Design Requirements Prepare and
Document Accurate Meeting Minutes Update and Maintain Project
Record Documents, Specifications, and Logs Assemble Project
Closeout Documentation Request, Review, and Collate
Subcontractor/Trade Partner Pricing Draft and Review Project RFI’s
for Submission to the Design Team Take and Manage Progress Photos
Manage Subcontractor/Trade Partners Scopes of Work as Assigned
Participate in Overall Project Safety Contribute to Company
Committee Requirements: SKILLS Bachelor of Science in Construction
Management, Engineering, or Architecture Minimum of Two (2) Years
of Experience Working for a Commercial General Contractor Prior
Experience Working in Healthcare, Labs or Other Occupied, Critical
Spaces Ability to Work with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent
Written and Verbal Communication Skills Creativity and the Ability
to Innovate Knowledge of P6, Vista, Autodesk, PlanGrid, and
BlueBeam Preferred Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
Leadership Skills with a Willingness to Lead by Example Valid
Washington State Driver’s License with the Ability to Provide Proof
of a Clean Driving Record Able to Pass a Pre-employment Drug
