Job Description Job Description LHH is working with a professional services to identify a temporary to hire Accounting Analyst for their team. This position will support the payroll team mostly, but there will be an opportunity to take on other tasks in the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have either a bachelor's degree or two years of professional work experience. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and exposure to data analytic tools or AI tools is preferred. This role is fully in office in downtown Seattle and it offers an opportunity to grow with an accounting team. Responsibilities: Assist with payroll processing and related financial transactions. Analyze accounting data and prepare regular reports for management. Support month-end and year-end close processes within the accounting department. Utilize Microsoft Excel and data analytic tools to improve workflow efficiencies. Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or at least two years of relevant professional work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets Familiarity with data analytic tools or AI tools is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in payroll and financial transactions Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new responsibilities within the accounting department Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Cona Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
