Job Description:
Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a
healthcare organization to search for a temporary Accountant for
the next six months. You will be preparing journal entries,
reconciling accounts, assisting with monthly financial statements,
and contributing to audits and compliance reporting. This position
requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The
ideal candidate will have at least three years of accounting
experience and be comfortable working on a variety of software
systems. This position is fully onsite in Seattle, WA but free
parking is offered. Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal
entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Perform
monthly account reconciliations, including intercompany
transactions and fixed asset accounts. Assist in the preparation of
monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports. Support
general accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, and
accounts receivable as needed. Prepare schedules and provide
documentation for annual audits. Assist with budget preparation and
variance analysis. Complete special projects and other duties as
assigned by the Accounting Manager or senior accounting staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
(Associate degree with equivalent experience may be considered).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting. Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve
discrepancies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
deadline-driven environment. Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
