The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience, a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas, and a proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect across the Americas region.
• Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices.
• Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for key positions in the Americas region, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position Beyondsoft as an employer of choice in the Americas region.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to drive high performance and accountability across the organization.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development for their teams.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluations.
    • Compensation and Benefits:
      • Collaborate with global HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
      • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
      • Develop total rewards strategies that align with organizational objectives and employee preferences.
      • HR Operations:
        • Oversee day-to-day HR operations in the Americas region, including employee data management, payroll processing, and HRIS administration.
        • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
        • Implement technology solutions to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience.
        • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
        • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, including feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and career development initiatives.Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
          • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations in the Americas region.
          • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.
          • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support organizational growth.
          • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
          • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop innovative solutions.
          • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Additional Information:
            • This position may require occasional travel within the Americas region.
            • Flexibility to work across different time zones within the Americas region may be necessary.
